Shadowed Hearts

What happens when a villain is captured with one of his greatest enemies?
Viktor Veles is the heir to a throne of blood. The only son of criminal mastermind Malice, Viktor spends his days as the quiet son of a corporate mogul and his nights as the Wraith, a villain who can control shadows and knows nothing but following Malice’s sinister orders.
When Viktor is captured by thugs, he doesn’t expect to be rescued by his greatest enemies, but Mimic and Sentinel are much more than he ever expected. The more time he spends with them, the more he likes them. Ayla is strong and kind, and Rowan is steadfast and understanding. But he can’t be the Wraith and love his enemies.
He’ll have to choose: continue down the dark path Malice is carving, or let himself have a love he never imagined.
Tropes: two heroes/one villain, redemption arc, found family, overcoming abuse, poly MMF romance, spice (and therefore 18+), superpowers, secret identities.
Triggers: mentions of childhood abuse, off-page torture, blood and violence.
Can a villain ever truly find redemption?
Viktor Veles is a somewhat reformed villain. The man who once pulled his strings is no more, and for the first time in his life, Viktor knows true happiness. He’s in a loving relationship with the heroes who saved his life, Ayla and Rowan, and he’s making strides toward undoing the damage he and his villainous father caused to the city of Lightvale for so many years.
But he can’t escape the misdeeds of his past.
When a mysterious light-wielder arrives in the city with a vendetta, Viktor is forced to become the Wraith once more. However, rooting out the light-wielder’s identity uncovers secrets from his past that shake him to the core. With new friends on the horizon and enemies waiting in the wings, Viktor will need all the help he can get to uncover the light-wielder’s identity and keep his newfound family safe from the ghosts of his past.
